Store Manager - Auckland Outlet

Gorman, is a beloved Australian brand known for our bold prints and artistic collaborations full of personality are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Outlet store located on High Street in the Auckland CBD.

This is a Maternity Leave cover role with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, 38 hours per week.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in leading our team and delivering an authentic customer experience. As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment, developing your team, and driving strong results. We’re seeking a dedicated leader who is passionate about nurturing talent, building a positive store culture, and contributing to the continued growth of our brand.

As a Store Manager, you'll:

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve their best
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
• Provide styling advice and build lasting customer relationships
• Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain a beautiful, on-brand store
• Manage store operations, administration and loss prevention
• Support recruitment and build a positive, inclusive team

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a retail manager, with proven results and success stories to tell
• Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service 
• Loves our brand, fashion, styling and self-expression
• Is a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and experience training team members 
• Is motivational with initiative and adaptability
