What we're looking for
As we expand globally, we're looking for a Paid Search & SEO Specialist to support our growth by optimising digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This is a full-time, fixed-term 6–12-month contract role at our Abbotsford Head Office.

This is a key role within our in-house marketing team, ideal for a data-driven, creative, and fashion-savvy digital marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO. You’ll bring a proven track record in e-commerce performance marketing, a keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of consumer search behaviour.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Managing the Planning, execution, and optimisation of Search, Shopping, Performance, Max, and Demand Gen campaigns to drive online sales.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, strong competitors analysis, consumer search behaviour, and competitor strategies for different markets.
  • Managing large budgets, bids, and campaign performance to meet ROI and ROAS targets within the company's KPIs
  • Creating and optimising campaigns aligned with the best practices around Google Ads.
  • Generating, monitoring, and analysing campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring key metrics such as conversion rate, CPCs, CPAs, and ROIs within the company's KPIs
  • Develop actionable insights for ongoing improvements for different markets.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Managing website content, metadata, and product descriptions for target keywords.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure SEO best practices in all brand communications.
  • Creating new opportunities across emerging search ads and organic.
  • Knowledge of backend systems, including Shopify.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and SEO, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, keyword intent, and digital marketing KPIs
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound ethical judgment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Clear, respectful communicator who can adapt to changing priorities
  • Creative mindset with a love for fashion, trends, and consumer behaviour
  • Experience with shopping feeds and product listings
