We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our store, someone who loves style, thrives on building strong teams, and knows how to bring a brand to life on the shop floor.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment, developing your team, and driving strong results.
You’ll:
Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve their best
Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets
Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Provide styling advice and build lasting customer relationships
Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example
Oversee visual merchandising and maintain a beautiful, on-brand store
Manage store operations, administration and loss prevention
Support recruitment and build a positive, inclusive team

You’ll have:
Proven retail management experience, with proven results and success stories to tell
Strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to developing team members
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
