Graphic Designer

About the role

This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based in our Abbotsford, VIC office, working for the iconic Australian fashion brand, Gorman by Factory X Pty Ltd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key part in delivering the brand's distinctive visual identity and compelling creative campaigns across all digital and print touchpoints.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and produce high-impact graphic design assets for all Gorman marketing, advertising, and promotional materials

• Collaborate closely with the broader creative and marketing teams to execute the brand's seasonal campaigns

• Assist with the design and production of digital assets such as website graphics, social media content, email templates, and more

• Prepare print-ready files for use in brochures, catalogues, posters, and other collateral

• Maintain and evolve the Gorman brand identity system to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and proactively recommend new ideas to enhance the brand's visual appeal

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
  

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
  

• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  

• Excellent eye for typography, colour, and composition
  

• Proven ability to translate creative concepts into engaging visual assets
  

• Strong time management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  

• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to present your ideas to stakeholders

• Experience with Midjourney, Gemini, Sora and Generative Fill/ Illustrator AI features

• After Effects & Figma experience is a plus
