Mystery Shoppers

Tasks:

• Visit our stores incognito and evaluate the overall customer experience
• Have fun while shopping, trying on clothes and accessories, and exploring new styles
• Complete a survey and share feedback on your experience
• Give authentic and constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Passionate about our brands and shopping 
• Attention to detail and observational skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open-minded and objective with a willingness to engage 

We are currently recruiting Mystery Shoppers that are available for the following locations only:

QLD - Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore & Robina Town Centre.  

NSW - Westfield Warringah Mall, Oxford St-Paddington , Westfield Bondi Junction. 

VIC - Westfield Geelong, Ocean Beach Rd- Sorrento, Church St- Brighton, Chapel St- South Yarra

WA - ALL LOCATIONS  -Perth

TAS- ALL LOCATIONS -Hobart
