This role is based at our Head Office in Abbotsford and reports to the Online Team Leader.
Our Online Retail Assistants work across multiple areas of the business, including customer service, sourcing, returns and exchanges, and pick and pack, supporting a flexible and fast-paced online operation.
The Role:
Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and within required timeframes
Unpack, sort, and process incoming deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with safety and operational procedures
Support stock control activities, including inventory management, transfers, and stock reconciliation
Process returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction
Provide customer support via our ticketing system, Tidio, resolving queries and issues
Assist with online sourcing and order fulfilment as needed
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including dispatch timelines and service standards
Support retail and administrative tasks as required
About you:
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving stock
Confident working autonomously and as part of a team
Organised and solutions-focused
Self-starter with strong communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems
Experience with Apparel21 and Shopify is desirable
Warehouse, pick/pack, or retail experience desirable
